He had no mercy for what he done the threats of killing people came about when he got jelious of Amber being with my friend Dan McCarty so he said he would kill us all when I was playing basket ball with him at 318 West 3rd Street Watkins Glen New York the house was owned by Wayne neyers at the time he went to my friend's house and made threats to kill us all I beat him up put him the hospital out of retaliation and revenge he Ambers life and almost made other people suffer consequences of actions that they didn't commit because he committed them I don't think he deserves to walk the street ever.

I can only imagine how horrific this ordeal must be for Amber's parents and family. Having to deal with the possibility of this cretin getting free every two years is the stuff nightmares are made of. Horien's cell door should be welded shut - for the next 50 years. The very idea of letting this murderer out early is galling.

Would you want this animal living next door to you and your family or working with you? Amber is dead and her entire family, friends, and community will mourn her loss until they die. Justice for Amber is that he die in prison and never be released.

Another plea for Joshua to not get paroled. I have personally witnessed the heartache of Amber’s family, especially her mom Joanne. Amber’s daddy literally died of a broken heart after Amber’s brutal murder. This poor family has been through 4 parole hearings in two years and soon to be a fifth. It’s as if the victims family are being punished for the brutal death of precious Amber. I pray he is to be kept in prison, not to be a threat ever again. Thank you for your time..

He has taken a young women's life that would do anything for anyone. He has destroyed so many peoples life's that won't bring them back and continues to make it hard for people to live life everyday knowone that this monster is still able to get or which should never happen. He took someone that was so precious and should be here with us today. I myself see the pain in her family including my husband that was her boyfriend before she was taken away from him, her family and friends, and it's breath taking and very hard to deal with sometimes because there's nothing you can do about it but listen. Please keep this monster locked up where he belongs so he doesn't take another loved ones life.
