I truly believe this women is innocent! At least give her a re-trial! I bet her son wouldn’t do it now!

After watching the documentary I am certain that there are major reasonable doubts and the conviction is a mistake

I believe this is a travesty of justice, there was simply no evidence, this woman needs a retrial in the very least.

She is innocent. I. Sorry for what happened. But I can't believe she would have drowned her own daughter. The whole story stinks. Doesn't add up!!

This is so sad do they not see that she passed a polygraph? This is outrageous!

I believe that her stepfather was a child molester. this is where the hatred stems from. He saw an opportunity to get the boy living with him and manipulated him into thinking CPR was violence. A distraught mother would be very roughly trying to save her life. With an adult you are told to aim to break a rib so of course she would have bruises. Why would she give up a ten yet plea bargain for life imprisonment? Because a loving mother would never admit to killing their child if they didn't ? Because she had hope that justice would eventually be done but people are too stupid to question this???? !!!! Disgusting

It saddens me that jurors feel like that they have to choose if someone is guilty or innocent at a trial... but they actually are supposed to weigh the evidence to see if their is any reasonable doubt. In other words, is their any chance that the defense's account is possible... not probable, but possible. If so, if their is a chance that there is any chance that they didn't commit the crime, then a jury has an obligation to find not guilty... Which of course isshorthand for not guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Theinconsistencies in her son's testimony alone is grounds enough for reasonable doubt. We forget that in our society it is better to let a guilty person go than to convict an innocent person. That is the cost of living in a just and free society.
