NY Penal Code 125.27: Murder in the First degree.If you intentionally cause the death of another person,you will face a Homicide charge.There are several different offenences in the New York criminal code related to taking the life of another person including homicide manslaughter and murder.Let's hope they can prove they knew they were going to do what they did.Then they will never see the light of day again.
