That is the exact reason I started this petition I seen that this women is still free and happy moving on with her life well we all sit and me miserable missing our loved one we will fight and she will get the justice she deserves I don’t care if I have to take a million signatures to the DA we will get JUSTICE fOR ALISHIA!!! Once again thank everyone keep sharing and signing

Im alishias. MOM and having my only daughter killed by A (So called Adult) as i watch her post pic and walk free i ask myself how is this justice? How can someone kill a child get to post pics of her happy life text my family and friends and Walk free like "oh well" Laws for children must be changed MY CHILD WILL NOT BE KILLED "just Cause" and her killer walk free please sign this and get ALISHIAS VOICE HEARD!!!! Her family thanks you all ....

There are a few other cases just like this one in the headlines right now and the person driving the car is being charged with manslaughter. The laws should be the same across the board.
