I feel he needs more then he is getting he took the life of a young girl and he is 22 and she was 17 i feel that he should get charges of involuntary manslaughter and a sex offender charge she was under age he should of never been around her i know the law states like a 4 year gap on the sex offender and there was like a 5 year gap no matter what it isnt right she was still just a kid he was an adult and should be punished for what he did and punished with the right charges she was so young and still had a life ahead of her I know Lexi she was a smart girl

These current charges are weak...Lexi was taken away from us to early...the charges need to be upgraded...he needs to pay the price for being under the influence of alcohol and drugs.
