He needs to be charged for the actions he took. He should never have been behind the wheel intoxicated in the first place. It's sad to see the ones who die so young with a life long road ahead of them. Prayers to her family and hope to see him pay for his actions.

There are consequences for your actions. This young man should be charged for kill alexis. He knew he shouldn't be driving.

If he had struck another vehicle and ended a life , these charges would be manslaughter for sure, this is in no way different . He knowingly had a minor child in his vehicle and choose to drink and drive and by doing that YES he is responsible for ending Lexis life

Weather someone willfully or unintentionally kills someone doesn't matter that person killed someone due to drinking or doing drugs then it shouldn't be aggravated DUI it should be manslaughter.

i so want this to go to the very highest point it can... i never got a chance to meet my bio dad because of a drunk driver he was 18 and my momma was prego with me.. the man that killed my dad got to continue with his life and i got to see a pic of my dad not fair and i will fight for lexi because its the right thing to do..

The bad thing is Garick's father is on Facebook trying to blame everything on Lexi and her mother! They have cans sitting around stores in our town taking up donations for his legal defense like he has a disease or something. It's a sad thing that he chose to use drugs and alcohol and drive a car and it killed this young girl.

I believe in zero tolerance when it comes to driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Crawford County should soon take these offense's seriously. How many people have to lose their lives before something is done?

I believe he needs to get prison time he should have never offered to give her a ride knowing he wasn't cable of driving a vechical. Then he wanted to run & make it look like his car was stolen!
