Great example of people trying to do right in the community as well for our country!? Dishonorable discharge just proves the point that our system is failing us.

As a former dependent who has spent 19 plus years volunteering with the military, living with and assisting military members and families across the state, and going as far as working alongside the military as DOD, I am willing to do whatever it takes to make my voice and opinion properly and respectfully heard. I grew up with the Sharp family and I have always known them to have hearts of gold, strong convictions to do the right thing, and unshakable morals. I will not stop here to right this wrong, “you’re only out of options when you stop looking” I hold this truth in my heart to never give up. The Sharp family will have my full and unwavering support.

This is not right and it just goes to show why the world is going down in flames because of people like the governor and others in power that don’t do what’s right for our state and country.

I dealt with the same racist behavior while I was a member of the Alaska Air National Guard.

I am saddened to hear about this news. It breaks my heart that the man who they accused and issued several administrative actions against, is the man who single-handedly transformed the Alaska Air National Sexual Assault Prevention and Response Program. He had coordinated the proclamation signing ceremonies for the Army and Air National Guard. He was praised and recognized by the Adjutant General and the Wing Commander (who I will not name here). He also trained over 20 people to be implementors and solidified the DoD SAPR program in the organization.

I am a combat veteran myself, with the United States Army. This kind of discrimination should not be tolerated nor put up with. It shows what kind of leadership is running the military nowadays.

Please be fair to this Man. He deserves a fair chance like any white, yellow or red man in that military branch.

I am signing this petition in agreement that, there has clearly been enough substantial evidence provided to show illegal and injustice acts have taken place. Our governor and state military need to utilize there positions of power and authority to hold the mentioned parties in question accountable for their actions.

I've known Rex Sharp my whole life,twenty-nine years and can genuinely say that he is a man of integrity and good principals.I can't speak specifically on this matter but I don't need to know the details to decide whether or not he is wrong.Anything that is dishonest or not morally sound is not a behavior of Rex Sharp.
