This dog needs to get off the streets there is children and no dog should attacked her the way he did that was really cruel of that dog someone needs to be served in jail and that dog needs to be put to sleep

This is horrifying this dog definitely needs to be put down before it actually does kill someone. This poor little girl has to suffer with this the rest of her life.
