It’s very sad when you see these horses being starved and neglected Year after Year and know that the people who are trying to help them and be a voice for them get told by law enforcement that their hands are tied. Would someone who can do something please do it before it’s too late for these poor starving animals

Something needs to be done about this situation! Those poor horses deserve love, care, feed. Current owners deserve to have charges pressed against them. Sickening to think so many complaints have been made and ignored!!!!

Pretty sad that the Woodward sheriff office won't do anything about this but they are just as worthless as the police department. Woodwards finest at their best. NOT DOING A DAMN THING!

Ive seen this horse in person and something needs to be done. Its bullcrap. Theres hay bales in the field next to it. Basically teasin it.

Somerhing needs to be done about these abused animals. I drive past here almost every day.
