I think BUET authority is the main source of all this crime. Some victim student complained about those harassment, but BUET authority didn't take a 'strong' action against any criminal.
Abrar murder was just a consequence of their negligence to justice.

We want every single culprit to get the full force of the law. Let's everyone banish all the raggers, corrupt political activist, terrorists and bullies from our social circle. Let them publicly shame whenever we can. The society should let them understand every single day that these heinous creatures don't belong to this civilized world.

I condemn this senseless murder of a young and meritorious student by the student wing of the ruling party of Bangladesh. The above mentioned student wing known as Chatro League have been oppressing anyone who express different opinion than them for a long time and therefore should be banned altogether from any educational institute. At the same time, i condemn the VC and DSW of BUET for tolerating this behavior and choosing to be inactive when their stern action could have made a difference.

A student killed and 25 students become killer, and officials denied institutional negligence. It is more of an organizational (political and academic) crime, and the system and persons must be held responsible.
