This petition is to demand justice for Abrar. He was an undergraduate student of dept. of EEE, BUET. He was murdered brutally by some criminals who were also BUET students. Police have already submitted charge sheet. According to police there was clear negligence from the responsible BUET officials. Unfortunately none of the responsible officials were accused officially on charges sheet. We demand the authority to acknowledge their negligence and accept the students’ demands immediately to resume the academic activities at BUET

We want ASAP justice for ABRAR vy.....so we demand quick action from BUET authority...their ignorance is not only an insult to ABRAR vy but also a warning that our academic background and security does not lie in trusted hands....
I think BUET authority is the main source of all this crime. Some victim student complained about those harassment, but BUET authority didn't take a 'strong' action against any criminal. Abrar murder was just a consequence of their negligence to justice.
A student killed and 25 students become killer, and officials denied institutional negligence. It is more of an organizational (political and academic) crime, and the system and persons must be held responsible.
"THEY TRIED TO BURY US. THEY DIDN'T KNOW WE WERE THE SEEDS." Abrar was murdered due to expressing his opinion, no matter on what it was. If justice is not served to his family then it will be a true eradication of freedom of speech for all the Bangladeshis living in Bangladesh.
I want justice for Abrar. I want the BUET administration to take the responsibility for this untimely death. BUET administration is not over the justice or over any liability. If the moral of the institution is broken, what would it teach to its student?

We want justice, proper punishment of Abrar killers, removal of current VC. This is totally unacceptable and absurd that a non political campus has turned into a torture zone in less than a decade!!!!
