I find it abhorrent and DISGUSTING that people would attack the victim of such a violent act. The judicial system needs to work with expedience to bring closure to this family who are not only the victims of the murderer of their son and brother but are now also the victims of the police department. DISGUSTING.

Abeal may have been one of the kindest people I have met. Sending love to the family. I hope justice is found.

This is a terrible thing to have happened. The law needs to move forward and solve this horrible crime.

I hope justice is found. I can’t imagine what your family is going through. You’re brother is a hero for saving someone else’s life. Never give up hope. You’re a strong person.

This is horrible, but sadly not surprising. Brown-skinned folks are too often treated as less than human in our society. Pretty shameful this is still the case in Vancouver in 2018.
