I am currently fighting for custody back of my son. Four years ago, I gave his paternal aunt what supposed to be temporary custody, while I underwent some medical issues. It's my belief that there is corruption within the family court system and deserve a fair hearing. I am loving mother who continues to do the very best I can to be there and provide for my son. I have paid thousands and thousands of dollars in attorney fees and court costs. I am starting this petition in hopes of drawing attention to this case and to finally get a fair hearing. His mom and dad loves him and can provide for him, we are ready for him to be home. Please help me fight for Atticus.

I have known Atticus's parents since before he was born. They are good people, and have always tried to do what is right for him.
The family court system steals your children and illegally adopt them out. I pray you get your boy back. Search for a journalist to tell your story.
This was supposed to be a temporary arrangement but it has turned into years. This needs to be settled to the parents favor.
I can't imagine the pain you're going through. EVERYONE deserves a fair hearing. I am praying for you and your son!
You're absolutely correct about that, Doreen. I know I will get him back, it's just gonna take some time and obviously a lot more fighting than one should have to do, but the end result is well worth it. Thank you for your encouragement and support and please tell others so that I can get as many signatures as possible. Once I reach at least 500 signatures, I will notify the local newspaper/media and send this to judge presiding over this case.
I totally 100% know without a doubt that you deserve your son your a wonderful mother to atticus

I know Caroline and her support system (her mother) and both are amazing women. She had some rough times but has came out on top. Prayers and wishes for resolution.
