Cheif is incarcerated on a trial based on citizenship. Citizenship is presumed due to the 14th amendment which was never ratified and hence does not exist. It is the defrauding of the people that needs to stop and as Cheif is being punished due to voided fraudulent contracts he must be released immediately.
