Oluwasesan oluwasegun Abayomi does not deserve to be granted bail while investigation to his criminal activities to afriq Arbitrage System is still going on.
ABAYOMI HAS CONFESS TO HIS CRIMES AND HE TAKING THE POLICE FROM ONE LOCATION OF THE OTHER POINTING OUT PROPERTIES HE BUILT AND BOUGHT WITH THE STOLEN MONEY
HIS LAWYERS WANT THE POLICE TO STOP THE INVESTIGATION AND GRANT HIM BAIL IN THE NAME OF BEEN DETAINED MORE THEN 24HRS.
ABAYOMI SHOULD NOT BE RELEASED BECAUSE INVESTIGATION IS STILL ON GOING AND MORE CONFESSIONS ARE STILL BEEN MADE BY HIM. IF HE IS MISTAKENLY RELEASED, INVESTIGATION COULD BE HINDERED, NOW THAT HE IS HAVING RESIDENT PERMIT FROM THREE DIFFERENT COUNTRIES.
HE IS NOT BEEN DETAINED UNLAWFULLY BECAUSE THERE IS A WARRANT OF ARREST FROM A FEDERAL HIGH COURT.
