That hacker that has caused pains to the masses, should be made to confess all his crimes, and submit all he has stolen and he should face the wrath of the law. We don't want him to be released on bail. He should be in custody until all the money is refunded and the usdt(crypto money) in his possession is sent back to the AAS platform.
