The law must take it coouse. The police must insist that all stolen assets are recovered before the release of Mr. Abayomi. The arguments of the lawyer for Mr. Abayomi for the release of his client is untenable given the assets he has stolen and the fact that he has multiple passport that can enable his easily run away. Justice for AAS.

Abayomi Segun Oluwasesan hacked into the Afriq Arbitrage System and stole huge amount of funds as confirmed by his own confessions to the police. The difficulty of effecting his arrests spanning across borders already portends him as a dangerous suspect that could evade the law if he is released before conclusion of investigations on his confessed criminal acts. He should remain in custody pending completion of the process of police investigations.
