It is of a great importance that we allow the rule of law for justice to prevail. If Mr Abayomi's lawyers are talking about human rights, they should remember that their client, Mr Abayomi is the first person to violate human rights by subjecting thousands of investors to deny them their right to make an ends meet with his criminal acts. Investors find it difficult to feed their family just because of his criminal acts. What is more violating to human rights like thousand of people would be denied of their basic amenities such as food, cloth and shelter by one man action? In conclusion Mr Abayomi must be in custody while investigation is carried out to bring all perpetrators to book.

The crimes committed by Mr Oluwasesan, which include the theft of Afriq Arbitrage System funds and the misuse of privileged information, and his confession with the evidence he continues to provide highlight the gravity of his actions, which have caused significant harm to all investors and company integrity need a Justice. To teach others people like Abayomi a lesson never to betray and stole from anyone in future.
