The Lord giveth and the Lord taketh away, not a negligent driver. The person responsible for this took my step Grandson and robbed him of his hopes and no dreams. You can't take a human life and think you should get a slap on the wrist. Our hearts are forever broken and life will never be the same. Rest in peace Lil Will. We will see you again.

A boy was taken from his family. . .I repeat, Taken from this world as we know it...by a person under the influence operating a motored vehicle. Where is the justice in that?

I have known Angel before she had any children, the birth of her first child a beautiful baby boy changed her life. As a mother I could not fathom the pain she feels each and everyday of her life living without her baby. Driving is a privilege, and should not be taken lightly. The fact that someone killed a young man, killing the core of his mother, taking a life that was only beginning should be reprimanded to the full extent of the law. There is no "sorry" big enough that could bring Will back to his family. A little sister will go without the rest of her life without a brother there by her side, a grand mother living beyond her grandson, aunt, uncles, cousin and friends will live without someone whom they held dear to their hearts. So it would be an injustice to give any less than the maximum sentence for this atrocity of a crime. May God bless this family and community that has truly lost someone that was taken to soon!

RIP LIL WILL! Auntie loves and thinks of you always. Justice will be served and laws changed to protect those needing to pull over for emergencies.
