Have you beeen a victim of the Crown Prosecution Service, Have you been a victim of a crime and the C.P.S refuse to prosecute even against the wishes of the police if so we would like to hear from you, we are trying to get the government to look into the way the C.P.S works or does'nt work in most cases .

I myself have been seriously assaulted twice in the past 5 years by the same people, one assault was so serious it resulted in me having 7 stitches in my forehead.

M.A.R.A.C meeting was called (marac meeting) is a regular local meeting sharing information about high risk domestic abuse victims (those at risk of MURDER or SERIOUS HARM) where a co-ordinated safety plan can be drawn up to support the victim.

I have asked the C.P.S more than once to review my case but still they refuse to prosecute, both people who seriously assaulted me have criminal records, one for assault on a police officer, (that was prosecuted) . I have no criminal record yet the C.P.S refuse to prosecute.

How many more people have been refused justice by the so called people who are there to protect us.
