Family court judges are so Corrupt. They always rule in favor of the attorney who donate to they campaign fund. Just about 75 % of the judges will disregard what is the best interest of the child.

To remove a child from their home should require the upmost certainty of the childs well being and safety. I believe a jury is a way.

I went to the juvenile courts for help with my sons. Was told they need to be adjudicated to get help. I followed the advice due to no insurance which lead to 2 years of hell trying to get my children back. They even tried to remove my parental rights and placed my child somewhere without my knowledge or consent. This is NECESSARY and I'm will to share my experience.

As a father fighting a battle where the mom is keeping ny child away it would make thing alot easier for parents in the same boat as me

The corruption is out of control!! These judges and lawyers aren’t really concerned with the best interest of the children. They only seem to care about taking as much $$ away as they can from families

Family courts need to be investigated and procedures changed .These courts are destroying families and hurting our children

There needs to be a formation of an internal affairs court to work in parallel with all cases, independent of the influence of the DFS, that can openly investigate each case, their respective cps caseworkers, judges, and prosecuting district attorneys (not litigants, DFS and CPS only), with their primary objective being the well being of the litigants, not the mockery of justice that exists today in their courtrooms that don’t even have designated spaces for juries and the media, and the internal affairs court should have the legal ability to revoke the $35,000 that the federal government awards to the DFS for every child that’s made a ward of the state if a given child is later proven to be made a ward through unethical or deceptive processes, along with jail time and job termination for ethics violations made by either DFS, CPS, and jail time for litigants who are complicit in these ethics violations, along with jail time for parental alienation with no provocation.

There is such rampant corruption in the family courts in Clark County NV and as this is a FACT there needs to be the option to allow impartial, unbiased, non-bought & paid for like the judges & corrupt lawyers jury to listen to the actual facts of cases regarding families & their situations regarding their children so that there might FINALLY be a chance to have some fair, reasonable, good for the children, not favoring based on who knows who or who has the most money to play dirty tactics. Furthermore, the judges who are corrupt & have accepted bribes or broken the laws need to held accountable namely (in my case) Judge Cheryl Moss as her verdicts are for sale for the right price * had I been given the option of a jury I guarantee the outcome would have been very different instead of the closed case underhanded secrecy that resulted in an incomprehensible outcome
