It surely must be against the prisoners human rights not to be allowed to smoke. They are being punished enough by having their freedom taken away. In prisons in England (and I'm sure other places) inmates are allowed to smoke in their cells (as it is thier homes, albeit temporary). I believe the same should be made applicable to Jurby Prison.
