the HBBC, having already put money into this facility, should do their utmost to secure this facility for the whole community of Hinckley to be able to share. With the town growing ever wider and the population ever bigger, it's easy to see there will be no opportunity or space to build something like this again, and if the HBBC don't take their chance now, it'll be another occasion when the people of Hinckley will look back and say if only they had taken their chance when it was there.
