If local councils don't look after grass roots, the juniors wil never get a look in - unless they travel several miles out-of-town!

Children need to be given the opportunity to occupy themselves meaningfully. The younger generations are verbally attacked for being trouble makers, but what does society expect when they have facilities that would keep them out of trouble stolen from them. You can't take things from children without them reacting negatively as they don't know a better way to protest. It is up to us to prevent them from damaging their futures.

We need to keep places like this, not only for grassroots football which is great, but also to encourage people to play sports, keep fit, join teams, get out in the open. facilities like this are few and far between nowadays, lets not lose another!!
