On June 10, 2013, I was a passenger in a car when my friend who was driving was pulled over by State Troopers in Seguin, Texas, Guadalupe County. We were both arrested. My phone and computer were confiscated by the Troopers. I signed papers indicating I would have my property returned upon release but as of today July 18, 2013 it has not been returned. The State Troopers office in Seguin have not produced a warrant to have my property. I am therefore petitioning my phone and computer be returned to me. On ________, I received a call from Det. ___________ informing me they had my phone and computer but were requesting passwords prior to them releasing my equipment to me. Since they have not produced a warrant to have my property, I did not provide the passwords.
