work with famiies instead of ripping them apart use the money its costs to keep a child in foster care to support mums keeping there kids at home the amount it costs to go to court expert witnesses etc invest it in families to mske things right better for their children a lot of parents lose thier jobs struggle on benefits trying to do everything social workers say on limited income etc, the goverment would save millions this way
