I also had the misfortune of having this judge he is very unfair and has taken away all my rights of seeing my daughter

This arrogant self righteous judge cares nothing about victims safety and routinely endangers victims of domestic violence and child abuse victims. He forced my two daughters to live with their identified abuser for 10 yrs. After my oldest left, she was given emergency jurisdiction and the abuser father was indicated for child abuse a third time. He's an ignorant judge, red faced from his alcohol problem and ill equipped to make decisions in a court where the safety concerns are so immediate and urgent.

This Judge wrote an order where my friend lost custody of her child without any findings of fact. Is that justice? It's truly unbelievable to me.

Recently bore witness to this irate "professional" who sat up in his chair spinning around like a 4th grader with ADHD in it. Type A personality for sure and probably an alcoholic considering his face and nose were beat red like a tomato. Honestly do not think he even knows what he's said in previous court hearings because his rulings seem to come out of left field. He takes no time to ponder decisions about others life. He does not value or respect the citizens of albany. It's almost as if the community has bothered him with work each day. I expected a competent calm level headed fair judge who cares about his profession and the people he was helping. What I saw what something completely disgusting. If anyone doubts this review, take yourself there to witness it yourself.

THIS family court judge protects not my children but feeds his own imperiousness. He makes rash and nonsensical judgements instead of protecting the rights and best interests of children. In court Maney screams at parents and structs around like a peacock. 18 months ago he gave my now 16 year old son the choice of who to live with, regardless of my having raised him ALONE since conception and regardless of my ex having a FOUNDED child protective case against him. Now R. is using drugs, running the streets, the cops have picked him up 3x, and he's been suspended from school for the rest of the year! Great Job, Maney!!!

This judge is corrupt! He is involved with a child custody case involving Judge Liotta and should remove himself from it. This judge is giving a payback to Judge Liotta for his DWI court case, he is trying to invoke a Grandparent Visitation Order when one does not exist in this state. This judge is warning to put an innocent mother and grandmother in jail for a court order violation, when one could not occur because their is no basis for his court order. He needs to be removed immediately.
