This judge who professed to be fair and impartial is everything but. Presided over my case in 2003. Would not allow me to introduce police reports as evidence in my domestic case on objection of the other attorney even though police reports are allowed by law in everything other than car accidents. She is blatantly biased against pro se litigants and when my case went to appeal 4 years later demonstrated that bias in front of my retained attorney. She a very sad example of what the court system should be.

this Judge is a very lawless Judge she doesn't have any regards to the law or care about justice she's for the bad and crooked people she supports unjust cause she hurts the innocent and injured with no conscious.

This women does not only need to be removed, she needs to be dragged away and not to contact or come close to any decent and clean humans, she needs to join the rest of the beast group in full ceremony and celebration. This Judge had us terrorized by intentionally overlooking proven evidences of commission by the defendant's; such as fabrication, a fraudulent accident report, spoilation to evidence, many deceits and collusion practices and she overlooked the defendant's abuse to the judicial system and due processes. In the results she overlooked a distinctive admission by the defendant that admitted the accident was their liability but indirectly to cover up her face while giving an award in favor of the defendant's; this women is loose, and without any boundaries she needs to be in a mental treatment center while her accomplices are standing in their twilight zone. This Judge made a ruling on a Summary Judgement Venue without reading the motions, is there any control available to be put on her. Her personality and her conducts and her deeds are not even found in the amazon jungle this should not be allowed by the courts to have a judge like her bringing missiries to peoples lives she is below ethics and below normal on top of her deviations.

She is horrible she gave my abusive husband of our son when he was 5 even made me see him at the exchange club. I have no criminal background and he's a convicted felon, his atty Nick Rice is a pathetic as Donna Fields, they paid Nick Rice a lot of money and I would not be surprised padded Fields pocket too. My two older boys are perfect, I raised them, this one is now 17 and was raised by his dad and I was not allowed much contact now my son is a 10th grade drop out, using drugs, sneaking out at night, 3 wrecks, one a hit and run, and still his dad says he does no wrong, he cusses us threatens us, Fields, Nick Rice and my son's dad created a monster.

The time has come for victims and ordinary citizens to say NO MORE to lying, evil, incompetenant and mentally ill judges presiding over custody cases. This woman needs to be removed from office, and placed in a psychiatric facility where she can be prevented from abusing more women and children.

Thank you all, because I thought it was me. I have been married 15 years, I have two kids at home one is autism. She has basically left us homeless. She granted my husband the house which is a 6 bedroom. My kids and I are living with a family member in a two bedroom. She said I would had to pay rent anywhere I stayed. She said she's not giving me the house because it was inherited. This woman is causing me and the children to be depressed. I want out her courtroom.

She gave my unemployed, alcoholic, abusive ex custody of our daughter and allowed him to move her out of state to live in his drinking buddy's basement even though I was the stable parent with a job and don't drink. She refused to even look at the documents from my daughter's counselor stating that she should live with me or any other evidence I had. My ex had been convicted of domestic violence against me and she told me that I deserved it and ordered me to move back in with him. This woman greatly damaged my relationship with my daughter and my ex has been a very negative influence on our daughter.

Judge Donna Fields recently took a mother's rights, to see and be with her children, from her, due to the mother not having a job that she travels to everyday. She quit her paramedic/firefighter job due to PTSD. She began working from home, doing odd jobs on the computer. Judge doesn't feel that mother is a suitable parent for this reason. However, it is ok that Jaclynn Gilmore (commenter below) can give a 13 year old girl a sex toy magazine to "entertain herself" with and it is ok that Jaclyn's son drinks and drives with the girls in the car, smokes weed in the home, watches playboy in the front room, smacks kids around and commits perjury on the stands. Judge Fields has falsified information on documents of indigency and chooses to place whatever income she deems appropriate. She refuses to allow eveidence to be submitted by mothers, refuses representation before incarceration, refuses to allow defendant or her former representation speak without interruptions, fired defendants atty, lied about court orders, and all of this was witnessed by me. The atty that was fired, was a former judge herself and tried correcting this judge on what she can and can't do. Well, that is what caused her to be fired. Judge Donna Fields does not like to be corrected and schooled in the law. She does as she pleases and believes it to be acceptable and righteous.
