He is totally out of control. What gives him the right to pick and choose who attends city hall meetings. To top it off, he keeps 30 tickets so he can give to hand picked people by him. He should never hold office.

Judge Grasty obviously is unfamiliar with the provisions of the United Sates Constitution and is basing his decisions without full knowledge of the document.
