Separation of power must be followed a failure to respect constitutions format for such is criminal and warrants recall. Furthermore appointing sherriffs to carry out personal unlawful agendas should be subject to perjury and intimidation indictments for criminal prosecution

I expect ANY elected official of this nation to not only live by the Constitution but to make their decisions based off of the Constitution. Any behavior or deviation from that, should be grounds for removal, no questions asked.
