I do believe after all I have heard and read from both people there in Harney County, some were just travelling through and others live there, that yes there needs to be an investigation. This office was created to be 'For the People' and not 'Against the People'. Working together to help each other, that is what this country and communities should be about. Put someone in office that truly cares about the towns folk. Thank you!!.

That juge is too big for his britches. It's time for him to be eliminated from the county because of constitution. I appreciate that non citizens are allowed to sign this petitions.

Judges do not make law. They only apply the law after the jury makes its decision. Their job is not to "prep" the jurors, or tell them what they must do. Mr. Grasty is way out of his league in the matter of our patriots demands for a redress of grievance, and he needs to feel the justice of, by and for the people of this nation .

Expect others to abide by the laws but those in law think they are above it. Not any more the American people are fed up and we are reclaiming our lands, our Constitution, our rights, etc. We will prevail, not the tyrannical government. 2016 is the year of the patriots.

Judge Grasty isn't above the law either. This judge is breaking the law and needs to be relieved of his duty as for he is not upholding his oath of the constitution of the U.S.
