For failure to be a Constitutional Sheriff of Harney County, OR, can we see a similar ipetition such as this for Sheriff Ward? This is the very reason why we have to have county sheriffs to protect the rights of citizens and residents wherever you live in this United States. Failure to perform this duty calls for resignation. Its about time for Harney County residents to make this judgment call.
