Having read some of the reports of the history of this case with regards to the conviction of the Hammonds.
This judge has violated the 5th Amendment of the Constitution , by the fact that he has put the Hammonds in jeopardy twice for the same crime. " Nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb. This judge has a history of collusion with BLM officials. Why did he leave office soon after the conviction? According to news reports, he may have disallowed pertinent evidence for this case from being heard in court. I hope a grand jury will be formed to investigate this judge.

the judge has to go he beleaves that it is ok for goverment to steal land and take from the ranchers this is a free country and he does not have the right just like hillary clinton has broke the law he has to and now it is time for him to resign or be fired and i am demanding the shiffer be fired as well and the blm has to go the have no right stealing what is not theres to take by law i want the judge to be arrested now i am from florida and proud of it i back ing bundy

Observe the behaviors of these Unconstitutional Sheriff and Judge Nasty, they are acting nervous bec they are treading on unconstitutional grounds and color of law. They would even avoid talking about the Constitution. They would cringed if confronted with Article 1, Section 8 , Claus 17...

It's time for the sovereign U.S. States and the people's Republic to push this overreaching federal government back into the the confinement of the Constitution, which explicitly states their limitation of power.
