I used the services of Joshua Bentley because my ex-wife had me arrested on a false allegation of domestic violence. Mr. Bentley told me that I also needed a family law attorney. He referred me to Leah Amini. Before the referral he asked me what department my case was in.

Ms. Amini told me that she could not represent me without a therapist. She referred me to Valerie Houghton. Ms. Amini told me not to keep Ms. Houghton a secret and to only pay her in cash. I asked her to tell me why, but I never got an answer that made any sense.

Ms. Houghton told me that if I ever fired her, that Judge James Towery would be mad at me.

I found out that my ex-wife was allowing an older man molest our 13 year old son. I immediately reported that to Ms. Amini, Ms. Houghton, and Marie O'Leary, who was the supervisor for visitation.

The two attorney mostly ignored me. Ms. O'Leary told me that I was neurotic and did not allow my son to talk about it during visitation, even though my son showed visible signs of distress that he did not exhibit during prior visitation.

We had a hearing a few weeks later. During that hearing my ex-wife not only agreed to disclose that she had hidden $130,000 worth of gold coins, but also agreed to divide said coins.

I was in complete shock. No one mentioned those coins before the hearing. I never thought that I would see them again because my ex wanted every single penny.

We each got $25,000 worth of coins. The remaining $80,000 went to Ms. Amini to be held in trust.

After the hearing Ms. Houghton said that Ms. Amini was "worth her weight in gold."

I fired both attorneys after that. Ms. Houghton went on to represent my ex-wife without telling me.

At the next hearing Judge James E. Towery vacated all of my hearings without my consent. The hearings pertained to custody, visitation, and domestic violence, but he still renewed the temporary restraining order that prevented contact with my children.

The following hearing, Mr. Terry Szucsko, my ex wife's other attorney, told Judge Towery that he forgot his paper work on his desk. He then read something from a phone. I did not understand at the time that it was a three year restraining order. If I had known that I could only see my kids if "mother agreed" or that I could not contact them, I would have never agreed.

My new attorney didn't even bother showing up for the hearing. He sent his young associate, who told me visitation would be "wide open."

I promptly filed for a reconsideration because I was never served notice. I also subpoenaed the police report that proved that no domestic violence occurred. Judge Towery said, "I know that you think that it is unfair, but you agreed."

After the divorce was finalized, Gina Zamora, who was then Judge Towery's clerk, wrote me a letter to inform me that he intended on removing the police report from the record. I objected because I had referred to said report on multiple motions. Ms. Zamora never sent it back.

Two weeks later I was contacted by Ms. Jackson, who was Judge Towery's new clerk. She said that she would remove the police report against my objection. I asked her why Ms. Zamora hadn't contacted me. She said that Ms. Zamora had been "promoted."

It was around the same time that I checked Ms. Houghton's website. She listed Judge Towery as a personal reference and former employer at his previous law firm.

After not seeing my kids for 4 years, I could no longer work with kids, which is what my profession entailed. I became homeless, so I petitioned the Court for a reduction in child support obligations. My motion was not only denied, but my support was actually increased. I was working at a warehouse at the time. The new support obligation left me with about $300 a month to live off of.

I became dependent on food pantries just to eat enough because food stamp eligibility is calculated without child support obligations.

Then Judge Towery granted a hearing to renew the restraining for another 5 years.

At that point I decided to ask Judge Towery for a recusal because of his conflict of interest. He refused my multiple requests.

I informed Judge Towery that I refused to appear before him because of his conflict of interest. Instead of recusing himself, he order the restraining order renewed on a PERMANENT basis.

I was forced to then file a complaint in the Northern District of California to seek a recusal. I was then hacked, harrassed, stalked, and POISONED.

I felt compelled to file a voluntary dismissal of my complaint.

The restraining order was subsequently changed to a period of five years because I argued that the notice that I was served with notice of a permanent order. During the same hearing I asked Judge Towery to tell me why I couldn't contact my kids. He spent several minutes on the computer, but could not provide me with a reason of any kind.

My son recently turned 18, so I was able to contact him. He confirmed that he had indeed been molested. I told him to go to the police and report what had happened. A week and half later Judge Towery ordered ON HIS OWN ACCORD that I could only have supervised visitation with my ADULT son.

I have strong reason to believe that my other three kids have also been molested, but I cannot confirm it because I have not seen them in almost 7 years.

I asked Judge Towery to order an emergency screening, but he has refused my requests.

Now I am being retaliated against. My youngest daughter with whom I share with another mother is under the legal custody of a man who previously drugged and raped a teen.

I went to court to establish paternity. The mother understands the danger posed to the girl. She came to court and AGREED to my motion. Before we could sign the stipulation, we were rushed into the courtroom. The judge acknowledged the memo from the mediator that indicated that the mother agree to my motion by referring to defect and waiver of service, but DENIED the motion.

Ms. Houghton says that I must give up on all my children, but I have refused to stop fighting to protect them. She has continued to poison me because I refuse to remain silent. All of my organs have been damaged, my testicles have atrophied, and the shape of my face has changed.
