I am an Indian, and a very patriotic one. However, use of force against any innocent human being is unjustified. More so, when it's a state against a group it regards as terrorist, the state must act like it is a law and order/public order issue in a democracy (As we Indians call our country) rather than using indiscriminate violence against all. Either declare these militants as belligerents and make your actions subject to international law or behave in a manner a respectable state must while tackling with so called terrorist.
