Read about this case a decade ago and thought about it again recently. I discovered this case because of the defendant’s name, but I do truly believe that this case has errors, and should be reexamined.

I saw the trial, it seemed that th e investigation did not considered any body else and there were not enough evidence of his guilt

Logan gate is full of gangs in Logan gate Park stays full of gangs like the Latin Kings this is so sad . I know he is innocent!

I went to high school with Josh and attended the military ball with him...he was always a sweet person . I could never believe he would hurt a kid or anyone..This is a case simply wrong place wrong time.. we were always taught by our Sargent to run with our gloves on during running or training . I hope they find the person who really did this horrible crime. Stay strong josh.

I went to high school with him...4 years of ROTC he was are leader and friend.. he would never do such things.

My son is innocent. I know that the God I serve is not going to let the Rosa family in shame. My son recd a profedic word that for many people it does not mean anything but to me it does. Also the judge William fuentes was bless even before the jury was picked out. HE WILL GIVE ACT TO GOD

He was my friend, my church pastor!! I looked up to him. He was wise for his age too. I've been mocked and pushed down my whole middle and high school career for defending josh against those who knew stephen. I'm 21 now and its been nearly 6 years and I still stand behind joshua.

I believe this young man is innocent. I believe that it is more likely that the drug addicts,that he unknowingly ran to for assistance, committed the murder.

Mr. Rose is innocent. 1. Josh's Lawyer didn't do 1 a good job of representing him. 2. I also feel the trial had a lack of evidence. It was a long trial it looked like the jury just wanted to go home. 3. The defenses credible witnesses where doing drugs and drinking and even one of the suppose witness got put on the stand in a orange jumpsuit and cuffs. I knew the guys who were in the stand drinking and smoking they weren't good kids. 4. The DNA evidence didn't line up. When the Examiner talked about the DNA they stated that they can't directly say it was a complete match for Josh. So honestly he needs appeal I think its time.

Someone needs to take a second look into this case. I believe Joshua Rosa is innocent of the murder of Stephen Tomlinson of which he has been convicted.
