How to handle drunkard accident

Thanks Mr.sanjay bunsal sir,Mr.rajeev sir,Mr.sharvesh sharma sir,Mr.Ajitab acharya sir for giving me replies as i dont know the law i did not lodge any complaint against him.The accident took place on 8-1-2011 evening. The drunkard person died after 2 days can PMR report show that he dranked or if he died for any other reason can i discharged in this case.R.T.O examined only my vehicle and issued not having valid licence for medium goods vehicle and suspended my licence and charged me a fine of 1000 rs, i dont know whether ho disqualified my license. please say some words for me to live in this world ,but i have valid permit,valid insurance please address me sir.
