He should get this!!! Look at the numbers compared to the other participants. It should not matter if he is on a winning or losing team! He will go far in the NFL and is a very deserving person to receive it!

Josey jewell is not an example off the field but a proven leader to his teammates and colleagues. His stats alone prove his performance on the field and videos show it as well. One of the best athletes and linebackers in the nation should not be left off a list as prestigious as this and was rightfully wrong to do so in the 1st place given his credentials on and off the grid iron.

Team may have under performed this year, but not Joesy. The Stats speak for themselves and Iowa's SOS is very strong. JJ played at a high level on the biggest stages. Complete fares that he's not on the list. I've lost my faith in these awards.
