I am so disappointed and upset that Josey Jewell was not included for the Butkus Award. Jewell is by far the best linebacker in the country. He has more tackles and tackles for loss than any finalist. He is a team player and an all-around wonderful person. How in the world was he "overlooked"? This is nonsense. I don't know of anyone who really knows football who could disagree that Josie deserves the Butkus award let alone at least being considered for it. Please look at him and the finalists again and explain to everyone why Jewell was not even considered a finalist.l Thank you!
