What does it take to get to be a finalist???? He definitely is the number one linebacker in the country....just because the team is struggling, doesn't mean he doesn't deserve it. He is certainly doing his part!!!

Josey embodies EVERYTHING the Butkus award recognizes. For him to be left off the list of finalists is absurd. For him to put up the numbers he did with one less game than the other finalists sends a strong message...one that the committee clearly ignored. Go Josey and GO HAWKS!
