this law needs to be passed all over the country, I hope this poor child is adopted to a nice family and his real parents need to both be put in prison for this . I went through the same thing physical abuse by my father as a child and I pray this little guy does not have any lasting affects may GOD Bless this child and keep him safe .

We got to start holding these people accountable! Child abuse and neglect are among the WORST CRIMES a person can commit and the punishment should be harsh! Protect our children!
