Yes, state agencies that fail to protect the children like my nephew should be held responsible as well. Our system fails the one's that really need it, while limited resources are wasted!!!

no child should suffer especially at the hands of their own family. If CPS would of done their job right he could of been out of that situation sooner and they shouldn't be immune to the lies they sign off on.

State agencies should ABSOLUTELY be held responsible. Government workers get paid whether they do their job or not, this MUST change!!
