People should be punished to the highest degree of the law. The least they should be punished how they treated their kids. Emotional abuse is just as bad as physical

There needs to be people held accountable for their actions for sure. Children rely on others to care for them and shouldn't have to endure this type of treatment. Shame on people that use helpless children to further indulge their own egos and make themselves feel powerful. Shame on the governmental agencies that turn a blind's eye to this type of treatment. Use your judgment people, if there seems to be off about a person....there probably is!
