The penalties for child abuse need to be harsh and firm . The children can't speak up for themselves it's up to us and the justice system to make sure things like THIS never happen again . Our children are our future !!!!! What has the world come to !! Bless our children and protect them from all evil !

People should have a licenses to have children. Renew it matter of fact yearly. I also am strongly for no more then two children per household.

Child abuse and child neglect needs to stop!!!! CPS has to stop giving parents 2nd, 3rd, 4th chances. Once these parents choose to abuse and/or neglect a child it will continue to happen again and again. Why do we keep alloying these kind of parents to have kids. Why does the child need to be held back because the system feels even when they are removed from the harmful environment the child should see have supervise visitations with the parents.
