My name is Jordan Hughes, and I am excited to express my interest in serving as a class officer for the graduating class of 2027. I am a Biology major with triple minors in Chemistry, Autism Studies, and Psychology. I will also be continuing my education at Mount Union through the Graduate PA Program beginning in the Spring of 2027.

At Mount Union, I have had the privilege to be involved in a variety of on-campus organizations and executive boards. For instance, I currently serve as the Public Relations Chair for both Student Senate and American Chemical Society. In this role, I manage social media accounts and communicate with members and other groups to encourage club involvement and growth. I am also involved in the Pre-PA club, Honors Program, and work as a Teaching Assistant for a medical microbiology class. Another job that I am passionate about on campus is being a Mount Union Student Ambassador. Through this job, I have the responsibilities of giving tours to prospective students and parents, and I have been trained to understand the history of our University.

I am grateful to have had such a positive experience so far during my time at Mount Union. Therefore, I would love to be a part of representing the senior class before we graduate. If elected as a Class Officer, I would focus on engaging all seniors in our class to make the most of our last year on campus.
