Agricultural land needs to be protected. Wells in the area will be affected causing undue monetary hardship for the families in the area, along with the potential health risks posed by water, air and noise pollution.

Lived in the area for more than 20 years. This is not an appropriate use of this residential and agricultural area. The traffic and intensity or this area is not a healthy use of the land in my opinion.

I would like to add my name to the issue of rezoning the agricultural land for unnecessary large scale development. The type of development which MINUS FORTY is applying for does not belong in a rural location but in an industrial area where infrastructure for those types of developments are in place. In my opinion this rezoning application should be denied.

Not appropriate for a rural residential area.

At a time of extreme environmental crisis, we need to keep our farmland for farming!

Don't forget to include the traffic / car implications at shift change. Look at whether or not they could apply for a Hwy 7 road access. What is their environmental impact - carbon emissions, idling of trucks and waste management - garbage and water.

Keep industrial projects in Industrial-zoned areas (like the south end of Guelph)

if this application is approved road safty protocols will be viloated. This is not a right place for such a LARGE facility and there is no room for passage of this many cars and trucks in this area. Comparison of small houses with this huge industrial facility in adjacent land shows clearly how out of proprtion and place this application is.

I grew up near Jones Baseline and I don't want to see the land rezoned to Rural Industrial.

The community does not want this development! Please put the community first!

What a ludicrous proposal! Build it in an existing industrial area. It is simply not fair to impose such a monstrosity on rural neighbours. It makes me wonder if someone is being paid off to allow such an obvious non compatible use of rural land.

This proposal is a disaster for our community. Jones Baseline cannot possibly accommodate the hundreds of trucks per week that a business of this size portends. It is inconceivable that council would even acknowledge this madness.

This large facility should be built on pre-existing industrial land with access and water already in place, not on good agricultural land.

This size of building will create a high traffic flow bothways on highway 7.

Thank you for protecting our farmland.

Its getting ridiculous the way farmland and our country side is being taken over by industry. The wetland in the area will be decimated and the volume of traffic will get worse than it already is. Wellington County isn't satified with selling up our pristine water to bottling companies, they now want to ruin all the availabe farmlands, wetlands and wild spaces as well. Shame on Guelph/Eramosa too.
