I Jonathan Bailey am asking for this petition, because I was acused of a crime I didn't commit. I have been to my Preliminary Hearing and I got all my charges dropped but one. My charges were simple assult, interfering with custody of a child, conspircy to commit simple assult, fleeingfromauthorities/avoiding apprehenshion/punishment,and escape. I got them all dropped but the escape. So I'm asking that since their is no evidence against me, if I can be released so that I can get home to my job and my family. My kids need me and I need them.
