been having some great conversations with folks around the office about why small brokerages need a seat at the table. it is cool to see so many of you picking up on the same issues i have been thinking about lately.

im honestly blown away by how many of you jumped on board to get my name on that ballot. feeling pretty hyped about the momentum because it means we might actually get some real small brokerage representation on the committee.

Jon would be great for this. Small brokerages definitely need someone in their corner who actually understands how things work day to day.
Absolutely. It is about time we had better representation for the smaller offices. He has my support.
