Petition for withdrawal Kaliningrad region from Russian Federation
The residents of Kaliningrad region and Republic of Lithuania expressing concern about situation in Kaliningrad region and submitted a petition which aims:
1. To initiate a referendum on withdrawal Kaliningrad region from Russian Federation.
2.To initiate a referendum on joining the Kaliningrad region to the Republic of Lithuania; or
3. To initiate a referendum on joining the Kaliningrad region to the Germany.

The volume of support has now reached a point where legal experts are reviewing the procedural requirements for a public referendum. I have scheduled two meetings with political analysts to formalize our documentation for the relevant international bodies.

Putin needs to withdraw from Kaliningrad, and the area should revert to Poland or Lithuania, depending on the preference of its people.
Ridiculous that this region is still under Moscow control in this day and age. Let the locals decide their own future for once.
Neither Lithuanians nor Russians or German owns Kaliningrad, it's the people who live there, who should have rights to decide what they want. I support you.
Yay, it suddenly seems to be the wish of the local (or neighbouring) society ;-)
Karaliaučius has always been Prussian/Lithuanian land, history doesn't lie. Time to fix the old Soviet maps.
Crimea set the president. Now borders can be moved.

The russian population in Karaliaučius/Kaliningrad is artificial, imported by the Soviet union, the true owners of these lands are either Lithuanians or Germans.
