Was rejected when I went for Pfizer jab. Told by Dr to wait for Govt to bring in vaccine that will be suitable for people with reactions. Conform with nation initiative and was happy when Sinovac was approved. Now after taken my 1st jab, was told that we are not part of National approved vaccine. What is the Govt trying to convey to us old folks especially those with pre medical conditions? Now I can’t even go out to have a meal with my family and friends when it is capped at 8. Was it a grave mistake for me to adhere to the National drive to have as many people vaccinated as soon as possible that now I feel so deprive as a outcast citizen.

why? What rationale? Makes things difficult for families with one member on sinovac.

如果科兴提供的数据不足，疫苗不能有效抗疫，就不应该发放给民众接种。应该全部销毁。接种科兴疫苗不但不能参加大型活动，接种之后有严重副作用住院或死亡，政府竟然撒手不管！免费接种欧美疫苗的外劳和帮佣反而得到保险和医疗保障 ！ 这是什么抗疫逻辑？“一国两制” ？这不是疫苗歧视，什么是疫苗歧视？

Different people suit different kinds of vaccines due to their health problems.

Unfair, inequality among citizens.

Why need the vaccine when it is nit effective to protect from infected the virus, furthermore, many who got their jabs have side effects , some were serious and death, and why should i take that risk, should abort the programme immediately especially the younger ones!

Unfair to discriminate. All Covid vaccines are labelled for emergency use. Everyone is at risk taking any vaccines so why cant we have a choice as to which vaccine to take as all available vaccines in Singapore are WHO approved. Soon we will have China and Indonesian tourists arriving when travel is allowed. Majority of these tourists would be Sinovac vaccinated. Will they also be discriminated when attending shows and visiting tourist attractions?

Hopefully, with more peole taken SInovac, the relevant authority can seriously consider its acceptance as mainstream. Imagine the inconvenience inoculated family face when going out together.

WHO announcements on Sinovac should be respected by our Government. Moreover, latest news publication by Thailand and Turkey medical authorities support the high efficacy of Sinovac. Over 50 percent of China 1.3 billion people have been vaccinated with Chinese vaccines. During the recent China centennial celebration, over 70,000 people participated without mask and social distancing showing the true efficacy of Chinese vaccines. Many people opted for Sinovac due to fears of allergic reactions. The Govt should not penalise these citizens for their health concerns.

We, the citizens of Singapore, pledge ourselves as one united people, regardless of race, language or religion, and might I add, regardless of types of vaccination or non-vaxxed, to build a democratic society based on JUSTICE and EQUALITY so as achieve happiness, prosperity and progress for our nation!
